Fellow Governors Distancing Themselves From Perry

Gov. Rick Perry invited all of his fellow governors to attend his prayer/fasting rally and most ignored him.  But, Gov. Brownback from Kansas said he planned to attend and Gov. Jindal of Louisiana said he might be able to make it.

A new article claims that these two governors are no longer attending and that Perry, himself, might be taking a step back from this event.  It has been very clear that Perry's hopes for a presidential nod might be severely damaged by his involvement with this event; it seems to me that fellow politicians are realizing the danger that it would pose to their own careers and are quickly running as far away from this event as possible.  Smart move on their part.
